Lease terms

Upon signing, the tenant is required to pay the first month's rent and a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent. This deposit will be applied to the last month's rent, given there are no damages or outstanding fees at the end of the lease term. Pool maintenance will be included in the rent. All utilities are the tenant's responsibility. This includes internet, electricity, water, sewage, and garbage collection. Any additional services or utilities not specified in the lease will be the responsibility of the tenant. Please note that no smoking is allowed inside the property at any time. Violation of this rule may result in fines or potential eviction. We believe in maintaining a respectful and considerate environment for all residents. Therefore, any noise or disruptions should be kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours: 11pm-7am. Lastly, all tenants are expected to adhere to local laws and ordinances, and respect the rights and comforts of neighbors and other residents. Failure to comply with these terms may result in penalties or termination of the lease agreement. This is a summary of the main lease terms. A complete and detailed lease agreement will be provided for review and signature.
