2 rooms with their own bathroom offered both with lots of natural light, looking for only 1 roommate for both, listing for $1700.… All furniture in shared living spaces is provided by other tenant (please use with respect!). Small garage is perfect for storage space. Plenty of street parking, all free. Shared deck area with direct sunlight all day is a great perk in sunny San Diego weather. Kitchen has good relatively new appliances, laundry in unit, wooden floors on stairwell and first floor. Bedrooms on second floor. Front porch area, with current tenant's grill and bonfire available to use. Heating and AC is available (but who needs it in this weather!). Water/Gas/Electricity included in rent. Community offers swimming pool, tennis court, racket ball court, and basketball hoop. Short neighborhood walk away from 2 different shopping centers, next to a bus stop, and very close (~5min drive, roughly a mile) to the tech office buildings in Rancho Bernardo. Also very close to Rancho Bernardo park.
Tenant has a small dog, looking for a roommate who is not allergic and is friendly with animals. Roommate ideally is a young professional who is clean, and given the neighborhood is a family neighborhood, a quiet respectful roommate is ideal.
This place is a great bang for your buck in San Diego!
