Credit History: Low credit score, excessive debt, unpaid utilities, unpaid rent, or outstanding collections that may affect the applicant's ability to pay rent consistently. 5. Failure to Provide Accurate Information: Omitting, falsifying, or misrepresenting information on the application. Additional Protective Clauses Occupancy: Only the individuals listed on the lease agreement are permitted to reside in the property. Unauthorized occupants or subletting without prior written consent from the owner is prohibited. Maintenance & Repairs: Renter must maintain the property in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition.
