This is a THREE bedroom CONDO unit, I am renting one of the rooms for $1400 (shared bath) - OR - the MASTER bedroom with private bathroom and walk in… closet for $1,800, both single occupancy, WITH assigned parking. We are located in the very nice and desirable Bernardo Pines community. ONLY you and ONE roommate who will be present in the condo most of the time. I visit maybe one night every two months or so. IT'S LIKE RENTING A VERY NICE LARGE CONDO FOR THE PRICE OF A ROOM. FREE If you are interested in scheduling to see this room/condo, I need you to PM me - at least THREE days before your requested date as I am a live-out landlord. I will need you to provide me with your Drivers License to schedule viewing. I can also do a virtual tour that will show you the street, out/inside of the condo. I will NEVER ask for money down unless we have BOTH agreed to be roommates, which is after you have inspected the unit in person or virtually. We will share utilities equally among roommates even if we are out most of the time. Each room will be responsible for only 1/3 of the electric bill. FREE Internet, FREE Netflix, FREE water, FREE parking, FREE use of amenities (spa, gym, tennis court, gym. We are looking for a clean, responsible, laid back ONE roommate. We require Background Check ($39), references and security deposit.
