The home is well located only one block from Lemmon Drive (in the back of Lemmon Valley) and is part of a large parcel. There is a pull through driveway, tons of excess parking behind a gate at the side yard or apron adjacent driveway. A tenant can have up to 10 vehicles on the propery with 6 being beyond the gate for the side yard. You won't find that very easily anywhere! Landlord prefers a 24 month lease and provides a discounted rent of $2,450.00 for that term. The shortest term allowed is 15 months, but the rent would be $2,550.00. The deposit is $3,000.00 and there is a $300.00 non-refundable cleaning deposit as the home is professionally sanitized when a tenant moves out. There is a $48 credit/background check fee that is paid directly to the online vendor (Experian affiliate). If you are interested in leasing, a questionnaire will be emailed to you once you inquire. An interested party must complete and return the questionnaire for landlord review prior to being invited to submit the online credit/background check process. So you do not incur any costs unless the landlord believes you are qualfied based on the self reported answers. The home is not shown in person to parties who have not already been approved based on credit, income and background.
