Fully furnished, 3 bedroom 3 bathroom, single family home available starting July 1st. The lease start date and length are negotiable but a 1 year lease is preferred. Maximum occupancy 3 adults. The first floor has a living/dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The second floor has an additional living space with a bedroom and a bathroom. There is a detached single car garage and space for a second car in the driveway. There is an empty lot adjacent to the house and the backyard overlooks an open space over Donner lake rim trail. There are great views out of both the front and back side of the house. The back deck has a hot tub and the owner will pay for up to 1 monthly maintenance visit. There is easy access to Donner lake rim trail from the back yard. Tahoe Donner cross country and downhill ski areas are a 5 minute drive away. Downtown Truckee is a 15 minute drive from the house. Tenants get access to Tahoe Donner amenities including the rec. center and Donner lake beach. Tenants must comply with Tahoe Donner HOA rules. First month's rent and a $4000 deposit are due on lease signing. Up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional $1000 deposit. Tenant pays for all utilities and snow removal.
