Patio has a beautiful large covered deck with stone floors, and plenty of yard space. Two car garage plus driveway and street parking. Conveniently located at a walking distance to schools, a police department, and easy access (5 minute drive) to beltway 8 and 59. Home has not flood during any large Houston flooding event.
All appliances (washer, dryer, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher) will stay in the home unless tenant prefers to bring their own. If landlord provided appliances break, we will fix or replace them.
Home is currently occupied with tenants and will not be available for rent until September 1st. Rented directly by owner (no realtor). My husband and I are very laid back landlords. Don't really bother our tenants throughout the lease term unless the house needs something fixed and tenant notifies us.
