Utilities: All utilities are included in the rent. Because utility costs are variable based on usage, mindful consumption is highly appreciated. Smoking Policy: This is a strictly non-smoking home. Insurance Requirement: Renters insurance is required prior to move-in to ensure protection for your personal belongings. Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for standard light household maintenance to keep the space in top condition. Pet Policy Dog-Friendly: We gladly welcome dogs! Fees: Requires a $500 pet deposit and $50 monthly pet rent per animal. Shared Yard: If your dog will be using the shared backyard, they must get along well with other dogs. We have a very polite, resident whippet who shares this space. Optional Amenities Hot Tub Access: An additional $100 monthly fee will be added to the rent if the tenant wishes to have access to the hot tub.
