You're close to the 405 if you need it, and about 10 minutes from Santa Monica.
As a corner unit, it gets a lot of natural light. Inside you'll find hardwood floors, newly installed wool carpet, a well-equipped kitchen, and a new 46-bottle wine cooler. The kitchen window looks out onto a small shared courtyard just outside the unit it's rarely used, so it feels private and quiet. There's also a small shared roof space.
I've owned and lived in this unit for over 10 years and raised my two daughters here, so I know it well. It's a safe neighborhood with great neighbors in a quiet building.
Parking is tandem in a gated garage, with a private 120-volt outlet installed for charging an EV or hybrid. It won't fast-charge, but it helps for a top-off overnight. If you use it, the building bills usage at a discounted electrical rate, set at the time of move-in.
