We have a unique 2-story 3 bed room 1 bathroom apartment that is great for roommates. . It has tons of space. The bed rooms are large 14 by 13. The apartment has a full size washer and dryer, and A/C. The kitchen is bright and airy and has a dishwasher and lot of storage space . We have a double door stainless steel fridge and gas stove. The common areas comes furnished as shown in the picture. The room can also come furnished if you would like with a double bed. dresser desk and desk chair and lamp. It even has a 55" TV. One roommates is a school teacher in the neighborhood. The other roommate is a chef in Fells Point. Of course you will be able to meet the new roommates before you move in. We want to make sure that everyone is comfortable. with each other Everyone has their own 1 year lease. If you go to school or work at Hopkins the Hospital is 5 blocks away and the shuttle is about 11/2 blocks from the house. The house is located at 118 S. Washington street. between Pratt and Lombard. It is also an easy walk to Patterson Park and Fells Point If you are not familiar with the area you may want to check out the Friends of Patterson Park, and the Baltimore Sports and Social club web sites. They can provide you with information about activities at the park ranging from the ice rink, tennis courts and swimming pool to free concerts, kickball, softball, volleyball, flag football etc. . . Ministry of Brewing and Water for Chocolate are about 1 block away.
