Tenants are responsible for all utilities, including natural gas, water, and electricity. A minimum lease term of 12 months is required. Early termination fees may apply in accordance with the lease agreement. Renters insurance is required for the duration of the tenancy. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to move-in and maintained throughout the lease term. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A $75 late fee will be automatically assessed at 12:00 AM on the 6th day of the month, regardless of the day of the week. Returned payments may incur additional fees. The property is subject to all community guidelines, HOA rules, and neighborhood covenants, which tenants are expected to follow. Access to community amenities is not included with this rental.
