We offer clean, fully furnished, everything you need, extended stay apartments. Have a laptop or tablet? We have WiFi. Feel like staying in all day?… We have Smart TVS. Spilled your drink on your favorite shirt? We have on-site laundry. We strive here to make your stay as cozy, comfortable, and at-home as possible. We at The Ivywild Lodge care about our guests, and our lodge. We believe this is a great place to stay, and our mission is that by the end of your visit, you will too. The Lodge offers five unique fully furnished apartments ( w/ private bath & private kitchen), fully equipped, and perfect for your extended stay. Apartment E is upstairs and offers a large private deck and updated large shower. This unit has been our most popular and first time available in almost 5 years. We are located in the historic neighborhood of Ivywild, we are near downtown, and easily accessible to I-25. There are many restaurants and grocers around us as well. We know it's not always possible to know exactly when you will need to leave. We are very flexible with extensions (as long as there is availability) and no penalty early departures (first 30 days are non refundable). Some important information you'd like to know: Maximum 3 guests per Guest Room RATE 30 night minimum Pet Deposit.......$50.00 (2 max) Call us if you need you're thinking of bringing more pets. Sorry no cats.
