First month, last month, damage deposit and administrative fee due at move in. Rent includes all utilities (electric, water, sewer) WiFi, and garbage pick up. Move in available July 1st. Rent is due on the first of each month (July and August) Septembers rent is paid at move in. Rental ends on Sept. 30. (Cabin will be winterized and water shut off.) The use of the beach and dock are included. There will be no jet skies or speed boats allowed. A fishing boat would be allowed provided it is not used for skiing or water sports other than fishing. No smoking in cabin or garage. Pets are negotiable.
