I don't have many rules, but please no smoking inside. I try to keep the shared spaces clean, and I ask that you do the same, but I get that sometimes life happens. I calculate the utilities every month, and I'll let you know how much it will be as soon as I know. I'd prefer a 12-month lease term, but I am flexible. I do ask for at least one month's notice before move-out, and if there is an urgent situation, just let me know as soon as possible. The security deposit is refundable as long as there are no major damages to the property or furniture. If there is a maintenance problem, just shoot me a text, and I can get it taken care of.

The secondary bedroom is available to rent.… The house is located in a diverse and growing community down the street from The San Marcos Premium Outlets. It sits just behind the Toyota dealership off of I-35, away from the hustle and bustle of San Marcos. It is 10 minutes from Costco, 5 minutes from Target, and there is a new HEB under construction also near Target. The secondary bedroom will be fully furnished with a desk and queen-sized bed. The walk-in closet is spacious, and your personal bathroom is across the hall with a bathtub. The shared living and dining area has a large dining table with 6 chairs, a spacious L-shaped couch, and a 56-inch TV. Additional decorations with your own style are always welcome! There is street parking out front and a driveway that fits two cars in the back.

I'm a Texas State alumnus working as a contractor. I'm quiet and keep to myself, playing video games or at my girlfriend's house. I'm down to chit-chat or a simple hi, whichever you prefer. My girlfriend stays over maybe once a month, and we just chill.
