Private room 11' x 10' with a good-sized closet. Shared bathroom. Room is fully carpeted and has 2 windows.… Room has a smoke detector and fire extinguisher. Tenant would have access to the shared living room, kitchen and laundry facilities located in the finished area of the basement. My home has both a front and back yard which my tenant would have use of. Ample free, unlimited, street parking in front of the property. I'm located a mile and a half from I-25, about 20 minutes from downtown Denver (depending on traffic). Grocery stores, fast food restaurants and gas stations all within a mile distance. Public park about 1 1/4 miles from my home. I'm 420 friendly and drink socially. I don't use tobacco products but am ok with someone who smokes outdoors. I'm currently renting a room in the basement to a friend of mine, on a temporary basis until she' finds a place of her own. I won't be renting that area out again once she's moved out. The room I have for rent is on the main floor of the house.

Housemate details

Respectful, retired, liberal minded homeowner, who is on the quite side. Rarely has people over. Nonsmoker (ok with an outdoor smoker), drink socially, 420 friend Enjoy music (blues classic rock jazz), Netflix and YouTube watcher, enjoy the outdoors.
