Private room 11' x 10' with a good-sized closet. Shared bathroom. Room is fully carpeted and has 2 windows. Room has a smoke detector and fire extinguisher. Tenant would have access to the shared living room, kitchen and laundry facilities located in the finished area of the basement. My home has both a front and back yard which my tenant would have use of. Ample free, unlimited, street parking in front of the property. I'm located a mile and a half from I-25, about 20 minutes from downtown Denver (depending on traffic). Grocery stores, fast food restaurants and gas stations all within a mile distance. Public park about 1 1/4 miles from my home. I'm 420 friendly and drink socially. I don't use tobacco products but am ok with someone who smokes outdoors. I'm currently renting a room in the basement to a friend of mine, on a temporary basis until she' finds a place of her own. I won't be renting that area out again once she's moved out. The room I have for rent is on the main floor of the house.
