The home is a bit over a mile from the North Tahoe Beach Center and other public beaches, lakeside restaurants and the Old Brockway Golf Course. Upper Level: This level consists of the kitchen, living room, dining room, 1/2 bath to service these areas, master bedroom with walk in-shower with separate tub, gas fireplace, double vanity, and three decks off of this upper level (one off the master, one off the living room, and one off the kitchen where the propane BBQ and patio furniture is located). Lower Level: This level features a separate family room with woodstove, TV & DVD, second master suite with fireplace, three more bedrooms, a hall bath, and a sliding glass door leading out to the back yard. Enjoy the casinos and nightlife at Crystal Bay, events and skiing at Northstar California, and just minutes to Kings Beach and Truckee. Hiking and biking trails are just a short walk from the front door. Terms at 1175 Statford Way

$1500.00 non-refundable deposit will be necessary to secure the house (due up front). The $1500.00 deposit will be applicable to the first months rent. The $3000 will be refundable at the end of the lease provided there isn't any damage or extra cleaning. A four month ski lease will have 3 free housekeeping visits. Each visit is a total of two man hours of cleaning and will help keep the kitchen, bathrooms, and house maintained during the lease. $300 a month total for the fixed utilities. This $300 a month pays for the water, trash, cable tv, and high speed internet service. A four month lease would have a total of $1200.00 (4 x $300) for the fixed utilities. The gas and electric will be switched into the tenants name at the start of the lease. The bills will be sent directly to the tenant. Frozen pipes will be the responsibility of the tenants if the thermostat was left lower than 55 degrees or turned off. There will be a $200 service fee charged by Agate Bay Realty if utilities are not transferred into the tenants name when the lease takes effect. We will send multiple reminders. $900 for driveway snow removal. Half the rent is due 60 days prior to arrival (November 2, 2026) and the other half is due prior to move in (by January 2, 2027). Homes with hot tubs will have the tenant/s take over the hot tub contract. The costs are approximately a $250.00-$350.00 service fee per month and that includes a few services a month. Costs are higher if the water needs to be changed more frequently due to not showing prior to use, etc.. The homeowner will pay for the dump and scrub of the hot tub just prior to lease beginning and the tenant will pay for a dump and scrub at the end of the lease.
