Lease terms

1. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises of the rental house. This includes all enclosed areas, such as bedrooms, living rooms, and bathrooms. If any evidence of smoking is found, the tenant will be held responsible for any necessary cleaning or repairs. 2. Pets Allowed: Pets are welcome in the rental house with the understanding that an additional pet deposit is required. The amount of the pet deposit will be communicated separately and is non-refundable. The tenant is responsible for any damages caused by their pets and must ensure that their pets do not disturb or endanger the neighbors. 3.
