Renting out 2 rooms (for 2 individuals - Male only) for this beautiful home with open views. The first bedroom is on the main floor (dimensions 12 ft x 14ft, rent: $1,200) with a private bathroom. The second bedroom is upstairs and has a double vanity private bathroom (dimensions 11 ft x 12ft, rent: $1,250). I am looking for someone who is fun yet mature, clean, and responsible. Currently I am 26 years old and am looking for someone hovering around that age and a bit older. I mostly keep to myself, but I am always down to socialize and/or chill. There is a common area between all tenants (1 other tenant), including private foyer and porch to enjoy the weather. Sorry, NO pets. There is 1 fridges in the kitchen and a large chest freezer in the garage. Washer, Dryer and dishwasher will be shared as well. Utilities will be split between tenants (water, trash, electricity/gas) equally. No fees for Internet. 1 available space in the Garage for car parking $50 per month on first come first serve basis else street parking is Free.
