About the building
I have a comfortable room available for rent in a shared house in a residential neighborhood.… The room gets plenty of natural light and stays nicely cool in the summer (the home has central AC and heat), and offers a peaceful, cozy space to work, relax, or recharge. The room opens up to the hallway where there is access to a full bathroom that is shared with one other housemate.
The room is unfurnished but can come with a full size bed if desired, and the shared spaces in the rest of the house are currently just sparsely furnished with necessities because I recently moved into it myself. There's a decent amount of space, and if you would like to bring some of your own furniture, you are welcome to! We have a shared, fully-equipped kitchen, and brand new appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washer, dryer).
The house is a well-kept 1908s ranch style home with a spacious, partly-wooded front and back yard, which is fenced in and includes a small back patio.
Utilities (including wifi) are already established in the name of one of the homeowners and be included in rent.
