Lease terms

Lease Rate: $1,600 for 12 month lease, $2,000 for 6 month lease Lease Deposit: One month's rent Utility Deposit: Water and electric to be kept in Landlord's name and billed back to Tenant. Tenant shall deposit the estimated utility consumption for the term of the lease into an escrow to fund ongoing billing, anything remaining will be returned to the Tenant at lease expiration. Condo Association: Condo association does tenant background checks and pet applications in addition to landlord screening, Condo association charges ~$75-100 for applications. No Smoking: No smoking allowed indoors. Pets: Small dog allowed (under 40 lbs), no cats or large dogs. Additional $50 pet rent for dog, and additional $500 security deposit. Maintenance: Condo association is responsible for maintenance of the exterior, Tenant responsible for interior of home. Parking: Parking is included in rent. The unit includes one (1) covered parking space out front. Community Amenities: Rent includes full access to clubhouse, fitness center, sports facilities (shuffleboard, racket sports), and pool. Tenant will have option to join golf club, fees not included in rent.
