Room Rental Available in the Kingston sub-division of Wakefield Plantation. The house is currently being updated (paint, appliances, etc). The house/rooms will be available for showing on March 6th. Requirements for the room rental: Rental application (non-refundable $50 fee) First Month Rent (non-refundable after background check returns as excepted) Last Month Rent (non-refundable after taking possession of the property) Security Deposit (refundable if appropriate upon lease terms) Criminal/Income/Rental Background check You may email the property manager if you desire an application and to make an appointment to review the rooms and house. Showing of the property will begin on March 6 and move in will begin March 15th unless and earlier date is agreed upon between the manager and applicant. Potential furniture rentals can be discussed if the applicant needs assistance with furnishing the room.
