I have a beautiful three bedroom three bathroom house for rent in West little rock in the Sandpiper Creek neighborhood next to Whole Foods and Sams… Club. The house is extremely clean and easy to live in with all appliances working like new. The master bedroom is great size with a bathroom that has a walk in shower. The other two rooms share the bathroom that is located between the rooms. Hardwood floors in the living room and the master bedroom. Tile in the kitchen and bathrooms with one room having carpet. The location of this house allows easy access to all of Little Rock with quick access to interstate 430 and 630. The house has a nest thermostat, nest carbon monoxide/smoke detector as well as a nest doorbell. There is a doggy door in the storm door with a very nice fenced in backyard. Dogs are allowed, sorry no cats. There is a two car garage as well as parking on the street. There is access to trails behind the house and across the street with lots of nature in the backyard. It makes this house a wonderful and safe place to live. The house will be available October 1st. I am looking for someone to take care of this house like their own.
