Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, and violations will incur a $200 per day fee. Unauthorized late check-out is subject to a $50 fee. Unauthorized late check-out requests must be submitted by 5pm the day before departure and are subject to availability. Guests are responsible for returning all keys and parking credentials, with a $50 fine for each item not returned. An additional $75 cleaning fee may apply if check-out instructions are not followed. For stays over 28 days, the cleaning fee is increased to $150. Guests are responsible for any stains that are not easily removable and may be charged for cleaning costs or replacement of damaged items.
