The property is to be maintained in a clean and orderly condition. Tenants are expected to comply with all lease terms, including timely payment of rent and utilities, and proper care of the home and any included features such as the fenced yard and storage shed. Lawn mowing and trimming services are provided through a third-party provider, and tenants must allow reasonable access for scheduled maintenance with proper notice as required by law. The home will be delivered in a clean and pest-free condition at move-in. Pest control spraying services are in place through a third-party provider as a preventative measure due to known ant activity in the surrounding area.
