AVAILABLE: Likely available August 1, and potentially Aug 15 or Sept 1. INCLUDES: Shared laundry, water, snowplowing, lawn/yard care, and garbage. High speed internet and TV also available for extra. NOT ALLOWED: Absolutely NO SMOKING, no vaping, no parties and NO NOISE. I'm sorry but this particular apartment is not for noisy people - looking for a VERY quiet, very low-key tenant. Prefer no animals but certain small animals may be ok (determined on a case-by-case basis - must be extremely well behaved, extremely quiet, and extra monthly rent applies). PRICE/TERMS: $1,575/month plus RG&E, one month security dep, credit & background check, and completed & approved application. Also must have: Income 3x rent & verifiable employment (or the equivalent for a retiree), minimum 680 credit score, housing references, and renter's insurance. 1 year lease, but would like to find someone long-term, and may consider a price reduction for longer-term.
