We don't live near, so expedient communication about any property maintenance issues would be required in order for us to properly manage and maintain the property. Rent is due the 1st of the month. Late fee of $200 if missed. Gascoigne Villas are a quiet community with majority of the residents being retired. Quiet hours and property must be respected for all. This is not a vacation rental/party central location. *I will be available for property tours in July, not sure dates yet.

The Gascoigne park with beautiful giant oaks meets the side of our property. Perfect for walks and also has a disc golf course. Discs are supplied in the condo. The park also has docks for boat launch and fishing.
Nature path at Kings Way for running, walking or biking. Three bikes are included with the condo.
East Beach is just 2.8 miles down the road. Quick bike ride or drive.
Convenience stores and restaurants right close. Shopping and dining are abundant at The Pier or Redfern Village just a little further down the way.
