Lease terms

Tenant is responsible for the payment of all utilities associated with the property. The lease includes the use of two garage parking spaces, four driveway parking spaces, and additional street parking as available. A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required at the commencement of the lease. Additionally, the tenant is responsible for maintaining the leased premises in a clean and sanitary condition, including routine tasks such as garbage disposal and upkeep of garden or yard areas if applicable. The tenant must promptly report any needed repairs or maintenance issues to the landlord and must not undertake major repairs or alterations without prior written consent from the landlord. Regular maintenance, such as changing light bulbs and smoke detector batteries, is also the tenant's responsibility.
