Flexible showings! Especially Wed-Sun after 2pm. -Very Nice and Clean Front Half of House- divided nicely by the shared kitchen that I hardly use, very private. -Separate/Private entrance, living room, two bedrooms, washer and dryer, and full bathroom. -Carpet, tile, trim, paint, cabinet doors, and appliances all nice and new. -Refrigerator had water/ice dispenser. There's a disposal and dishwasher. -Large gas grille under carport patio roof. -Courtyard great for entertaining, but never gets used, patio furniture, and a fire pit. -Washer/dryer, efficient gas forced air heater, programmable thermostat. -You get your own kitchen cabinets, counterspace, and shelves/drawer in refrigerator. -Great location; great neighborhood, 6 minute walk to old town Fort Collins, 1 block to New Belgium and its horseshoes/sand volleyball/etc, 1/4 block to Odell's, nice park/baseball diamond a block away, and a few other parks close by, bike trail across the street. -Off street parking available -Storage shed. -There's a covered area with a built in bike rack for multiple bikes. -Big old beautiful trees. One is gigantic and just awesome; it shades almost the whole property in the summer -There hasn't been a dog here since the new carpet, but there's a double flap doggy door which opens into a fenced dog run, or close off the big gate to the courtyard for even more room for your pup. -A little about me, I own the place and I'm a mechanical engineer. I travel a bit for work (and fun) sometimes I'm gone for most of the year. I like snowboarding, boating, wakeboarding, and camping at the sand dunes. I keep my place clean and I take care of the garbage and exterior maintenance, all you need to do is pick up after yourself in the kitchen (cool if you help clean it occasionally), and keep your place/area clean, reasonable noise, etc. Otherwise do what you do I don't pay much attention. I'm easy-going, quiet, respectful, and keep to myself. I'm not a party animal, but I usually go out and get a buzz about once a week. I want to keep groceries separate, but don't mind sharing condiments and what not when in a pinch.... I eat out a lot and don't cook too much. -One year lease, starting at $800 per month. $800 Deposit. All exterior maintenance included. Utilities are extra, but reasonable. -Available August 1st. Possibly a bit sooner or later.
