Monthly gross income needs to reasonably support the amount of the rent in order to avoid a financial hardship, as a standard measure 2.5x income to rent is calculated...but debt to incomes shall be considered. A credit score minimum of 650 is expected, but a history of derogatory payments/collections on applicants credit check may result in denial or request of higher security deposit.
