This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and cats are not permitted. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is not allowed in the home, and any violation will result in a $1,000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
