Private entrance provides privacy from the other tenants in the building. No big dogs allowed; 1-2 cats would be fine. Here are some of the special touches about this place: Mudroom gets loads of natural light and is no longer painted mint chocolate chip green. The bathroom has a lovely shower with a sliding door and a bench. The communal backyard features several plastic skeletons year-round. Storage room in basement available for free. Landlord lives nearby and is a normal human being who responds quickly to maintenance requests. The Botanic Gardens are close, just like Cheesman Park. Easy access to York St, I-25, Colfax, Downtown, Cherry Creek, a wide array of restaurants, tattoo shops, bars, bike paths, and all the delights Denver has to offer.
