Available after June 15th. Major interior renovations are nearly complete. We are now starting on landscaping and other outside projects.… The single most common reason for renters to leave rental property is an inability to keep up monthly payments, so we set a standard for applicants that helps ensure a long residency. The combined gross income of those living in the home must exceed twice the rent. Each adult contributing to the rent must have a credit score of at least 640. If you would like the opportunity to see what has already been done with the place and learn what further changes are in store, simply contact us to set up a tour. Renters are not selected on a first come first served basis, but rather by who will be most responsible in caring for the home and making timely rental payments. However, if those factors are equal among applicants, then the first applicate will be given the opportunity to rent if they choose. So, while getting an application in early doesn't guarantee priority, it does move you to the front of the line. My son is currently occupying some upstairs rooms at the home so he can complete different tasks, but a visit can easily be set up at your convenience.
