The footprint of this single-level 1600 sqft home (more unfurnished storage downstairs) seems drastically larger with the exceptional layout.… The two bathrooms are relatively small, and one bedroom is a bit tiny, but that leaves all the square footage for two large bedrooms and what feels like a giant open-concept kitchen/living/dining area.
The modern house has ample storage including a coat closet at both the front and back entrance, a linen closet near the shared bathroom, and a large pantry in the dining room. The master bedroom has an ensuite including a little walk-in closet.
High-end appliances include an induction range with a convection (and air fry!) oven that can be converted from a single to a double oven with simply sliding in an insert. The whole home is "smart-ready" and you can control the lights, oven, door lock and more from your phone (or voice with a home assistant). The entire living area is on one floor, including the low-E front-loading washer and dryer are on the main floor. Basement is all unfinished storage space.
Carport on the quiet side street leads to a ramp entrance to a gorgeous and gigantic deck. (Note that the carport is in need of an update, which will occur this year). There is no actual garage on the premises, but this option is checked because between the carport and unending storage, many garage needs will be met here. The yard has been largely xerascaped for low maintenance, but there is ample yard to enjoy including a large deck for even more entertaining possibilities. A medium-sized dog-door is installed, and the yard is fully fenced; dogs negotiable.
Friendly landlord used to live there - this is not some big company rental and we are very responsive and invite responsible renters to make this place your own in many ways. I am hoping someone will love my house as much as I do, and I'll take care of it while you're there like it's my own (because it is). In the last couple years, I have replaced A/C, water heater, dishwasher and more with appliances that I would like to live with. The same will be done with the carport and issues as they come up.
