The House: We will share an 1,872 sqft, split-level house in Northglenn near Irma and Malley (close to 120th and Washington).… The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 3/4 bath, and 1 1/2 bath. The bedroom for rent is on the top level and will have primary access to the main bathroom. The house is conveniently located near I-25 and 120th Avenue, and it's easy to get to Denver and Boulder. The neighborhood is families and older adults so it is fairly quiet. The bedroom can be furnished (it currently has a bed, a dresser, an end table, a lamp, a small desk, and a TV, but you are welcome to bring furniture. There is also storage in the crawlspace. The backyard is gigantic and has a large deck, a trampoline, and a large hole where once was a pool. The house has everything you need: - kitchen appliances: dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster oven, electric tea kettle, crockpot, blender, rice cooker, quesadilla maker for some reason, mixer, - laundry: washer, dryer, and even a clothesline - utilities: high-speed internet (150 mbps+), air conditioning, heat, water, sewer, electric, gas, Netflix and Hulu (you can add cable if you'd like), trash, and recycling - shared spaces: living room, kitchen, main bathroom, laundry room, crawlspace, office, and a beautiful backyard. Room Available: 13' x 10' with a door to the hall and a closet. There are windows facing south and east.

Housemate details

I'm37, generally very tidy, have a fairly irregular schedule that keeps me busy. My hobbies include building bikes, board games, and movies. I am pretty relaxed and don't have a lot of house rules.
