Please note that there are multiple levels and stairs throughout the home. There is no air conditioning; the home was designed to take advantage of cross-ventilation and the cool mountain air. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is a rural, residential area where sound travels, so please be respectful of neighbors. No parties or events are allowed, and the guest count must match the reservation. Day visitors require prior approval. No smoking is permitted indoors. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. No changes to check-in or check-out times are permitted during holidays or from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Outside of these dates, adjustments may be possible with advance notice and approval, and may include an additional fee. There is no cell service at the house; WiFi calling should be enabled before arrival, and arrival details should be saved or screenshotted in advance. The property is on a private well and septic system, so please use water conservatively and flush only toilet paper. Wildlife is common in this rural Catskills setting. AWD, FWD, or 4WD vehicles with all-weather tires are required for winter travel due to potentially unpredictable mountainous roads. The driveway is plowed and shoveled after every 3-4 inches of snow.
