Please contact owner for specific rental rates and pricing. Utilities and services are additional to monthly rent and covers spa heating, bbq and fire pit gas, electric, water, trash, high speed internet, TV, weekly gardener and twice weekly pool service. OPTIONAL pool heat is not included and charged at $65/night if requested (typically needed November through April). Spa heat is always included at no additional charge. Cleaning fee is $425. Pet fee is $250 (if applicable). Mid-stay cleaning may be arranged for an additional fee.
