30+ night stays only This home is offered exclusively for mid-term stays (30 days or longer). Occupancy limit: 5 guests Additional or unapproved overnight guests may incur fees. No parties, events, or disruptive behavior Quiet enjoyment of the neighborhood is required. Pet policy Only pre-approved dogs (under 50 lbs, over 1 year old) are allowed with a paid pet deposit. Unauthorized pets result in fees. Monthly cleanings For all 30+ day stays, a professional cleaning is required at least once per month. Walkthroughs for longer stays Stays over 45 days may include brief, scheduled condition walkthroughs. Standard utilities included Excessive usage may result in surcharges. No smoking or vaping Fees apply for any evidence of smoking. No subletting or third-party bookings The home may not be listed or rented elsewhere. Property access Owner may enter with reasonable notice for maintenance, monthly cleanings, inspections, or emergencies. Parking Up to 3 vehicles allowed; street parking rules must be followed. Fees apply for violations Including unauthorized guests, pets, smoking, tampering with cameras, missed cleanings, late checkout, and avoidable damages. Deep clean fee A $500 deep clean fee is required prior to checkout for all stays.
