We want every tenant/guest to enjoy Mermaid Cove like it's their own here are a few simple guidelines to keep things running smoothly: A minimum lease duration of 30 days is required. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is only required for a lease duration of more than 30 days. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking and vaping are allowed on the outdoor deck only. No parties or events This is a peaceful retreat for relaxation. Please respect quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Registered guests only; no overnight visitors without prior approval. Tenants are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. Utilities and Wifi are included in the monthly rate. Dispose of trash in the designated outdoor bins. Please be advised, local ordinances require that all guests must wear a life jacket when kayaking or boating. A maximum of two pets allowed
