The home has 3 bedrooms, an office/hobby space, and two bathrooms in a two-story original farmhouse layout. There is 1900 sq. feet of interior living space plus a large screened-in front porch that is shaded by century-old trees. You will have use of a detached two-car garage (for small cars only or for storage), an original cook house (approximately 200 sq feet for a shop or hobby area), and .75 acres of fenced property. Water is by ditch and by well, waste by septic, and power by propane and electric, so if you are not comfortable with semi-rural living, do not apply. Regular yard maintenance is the tenant's responsibility. Note that this is a well-cared-for home that we will return to one day. It is a very quiet neighborhood community on a street that dead-ends at the Arkansas River and is within walking distance to Pathfinder Park. Please email owner for an application prior to touring. You will be asked to send a copy of your credit report and copy of adult tenants' driver's license(s) as a part of a complete application that will list all humans and animals who would be residing on the property.
