Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. A $50 fine will be charged for late check-out. A $25 late check-out fee will apply for each extended hour if approved. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 8 AM; any disturbance triggering a police visit will result in immediate eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for reporting hazardous items. The property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor to monitor noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion. Guests are advised to be mindful of tropical bugs like mosquitoes and palmetto bugs, and to keep doors closed to minimize entry. No additional cleaning or housekeeping services are provided during the stay. Guests are asked to pick up dog waste from the yard to avoid a $250 fee. Linens and supplies will not be replenished; guests may use the washer/dryer or community laundry. Guests are asked to avoid using linens with makeup, hair dye, or tanning products to prevent staining, as replacement or cleaning fees will be charged for damaged linens. Maximum occupants are as noted in the booking, with a charge of $20 per person per day for unapproved visitors, and immediate eviction without refund for exceeding occupancy. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property. Host or agent may enter the property at any time in case of emergency or for necessary repairs, and with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host is not liable for personal items left behind, lost, or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property on the premises. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income due to house rule violations. Guests are to use rails when using stairs and children will need to be accompanied. Guests should wear shoes and watch where they step in yards, and check for pets. Guests are not to re-key or change door locks.
