I will be subletting 1 room in a 4-bedroom house located 1 mile away from LLU hospital. The room will be available as early as 6/20. Rent is $836/month + utilities (average $30-50 depending on the season). Utilities include water, trash, gas, wifi, and electricity. Washer/dryer in the house. Garage has space for 3 cars and the parkway can have 3 additional cars. Plenty of storage space. There's a nice yard and a grill too. All current tenants are medical students/residents. We're only looking for 1 tenant for the room. No couples or long-term guests please. Also, this is a pet free property due to allergies.
