Lease terms

Videochat can be considered if tenant signs a waiver. For all ski lease rentals, a security deposit (equal to one month's rent) plus all monies are due at check-in. Utility deposit, and insurance are also due before move-in, if applicable. pay monthly rent plus internet/WiFi, water, sewer, and sewer treatment. In addition, renters pay gas, electric, pro-rated snow removal, and hot tub service if applicable. Please note, that professional house and carpet cleaning for all leases is required at the end of your tenancy and will be noted in your lease as well as monthly cleaning. Deposits will be refunded within 21 days after your lease end date. We highly recommend purchasing accidental damage insurance through us, to help cover your deposit.
