Maintenance & Repairs Routine maintenance is handled promptly. Renters are expected to report issues quickly to keep the home in great condition. Move In Requirements - Security deposit, and any applicable fees are due at signing. This is a no smoking property no smoking is allowed inside the house at any time. Small pets are allowed with prior approval and adherence to pet guidelines. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted to maintain a peaceful residential environment. Renter is responsible for all utilities, including gas, electricity, water, and internet. All yard maintenance is also the responsibility of the tenant and must be kept in good condition throughout the lease.
