Lease terms

Renters pays all utilities - you must provide account numbers prior to moving into the property. Renter's Insurance is required prior to move-in. Additionally- you must make 3x rent to be eligible for the unit. First and Last Month's rent and a security deposit of is due at move-in. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent. All adults ages 18 years or older (i.e. applicant) must be on the lease. Additionally, each applicant must pass a background check (criminal, civil, and housing violations) and strong credit history (i.e. submit to a credit check). All income must be verifiable via bank account statements and/or tax returns (if applicable).
