Lease terms

Deposit due at signing $1,500. First month's rent due at signing $2,150. Prorated if move in date is prior to the 1st of the month. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Full Month begins September 1st 2026. Additional information: -Renters insurance policy required. -Tenant pays water, sewer, electric & garbage. -Garbage service is mandatory. -Washer and dryer are provided as a courtesy. NO smoking/ vaping on property. -Landscaping provided. -Quarterly walk-through inspection. Online Applications: - Each applicant over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application. Each applicant will be required to qualify individually or as per specific criteria areas. - Positive identification with a picture is required. - Inaccurate or falsified information will be grounds for denial of the application. Maintenance and alterations: Tenant shall not make any alterations, improvements, or repairs to the property. All maintenance, repairs and replacements must be performed exclusively by the landlord or their designated professional contractors. Under no circumstances is the tenant permitted to conduct repairs , hire their own repair personnel or deduct costs for rent.
