It also includes a desk and plenty of storage space for your clothes. This whole apartment has three private bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The rooms all share a common hallway that is used by two other apartments, and all the rooms themselves are private. Downstairs from the apartment lives a family with small children and a guest house with four tenants. The shared living and bathroom come with great amenities - a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster oven, an electric stovetop, internet, a TV, and a cute breakfast nook. Each room is rented separately, so you will be sharing the common spaces and the bathrooms with other tenants. On the property is a beautiful front yard with picnic tables that is always available, and a grill that you can use with permission.
