The living room and kitchen are spacious and overlook this tropical large courtyard. There is a Smart TV in both the living and the bedroom with DVD and full cable access. Your home will include all utilities and high speed internet. There are two energy efficient washers and two dryers onsite, You will have three parking options to choose from. This is well maintained, quiet, pet friendly building with long term respectful tenants.
The apartment is extremely clean and tidy. The exterior is thoroughly cleaned weekly by a dedicated cleaning woman. The property is also landscaped weekly. This is a very nice area and the property has long term tenants who are very respectful pleasant professional neighbors. Your maintenance needs will be handled immediately. There is no deferred maintenance at this building.
