Lease terms

Lease term is 12 months. No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the property. Other standard lease terms include, but are not limited to: * Rent is due on the agreed due date each month. * Late fees may apply for overdue payments. * Security deposit is required and refundable according to the lease terms and property condition at move-out. * Tenant is responsible for keeping the property clean and in good condition. * No illegal activity is allowed on the property. * Occupancy is limited to approved tenants and occupants only. * Pets are only allowed if approved by landlord and subject to pet terms, if applicable. * Property may not be subleased or used for short-term rentals without written permission from landlord. * Renters insurance may be required. * Property must be returned in good condition at the end of the lease, normal wear and tear excepted.
