Tenant is responsible for utilities (pepco) and for internet. Building requires a move in fee ($400) and a pet registration fee to be paid, which tenant would be responsible for. In the event of a loss of entry fob(s), tenant would be responsible for the cost of the replacement. Building is non smoking. Parking garage spots can be rented on a temporary basis with the front desk; for longer term needs, my spot can be rented on a permanent basis for an additional fee. There are additional storage units that can be rented for an additional fee. Apartment will be provided ready for move in after a professional clean; tenant will be expected to pay for a "move out" clean. Lease terms will follow the standard condo lease (aligned with DC law), per the terms of the condo board.
