Pets are okay, only one pet allowed per unit, as long as they are under 18 inches at shoulder/top of back on front legs, and NO Pit Bulls/Pit Bull mix dogs, with an additional $750 ($250 non-refundable) pet deposit and $35/mo pet rent.

This apartment building was built in 1955, to house the workers that were building the Seattle Center for the 1962 Worlds fair, so it has a lot of… history to it.
